1-800-4my-xbox also they wont make fun of you they're a multibillion dollar company. If anyone there does that they'd get fired. Also just tell them you want to cancel your subscription and take your credit card off. I'm unsure of what they'll ask for though i haven't done it myself.

No offense, but how old are you? You act like you never talked to somebody on the phone before. Don't worry about them making fun of you or something. It's their job to help you and they will. They get paid for it. They have to be nice, no matter what. And when you call, don't do it on the last day, but as soon as possible.
Don't tell them to cancel the account, tell them you would like to revert back to a Silver account. Do it as soon as you are finnished reading this so you don't forget. It won't stop your Gold account instantly, it just won't bill you when it is up, therefore reverting you to silver when your gold is done.
