I keep losing strength in Fallout 3. Wha ...

I used to be able to carry 270, now I can only carry 250. I even did the perk that adds 50 to the weight you're able to carry, but it keeps going down? How do I maintain it or make myself stronger? I keep losing strength in Fallout 3. Wha ...
bump. I keep losing strength in Fallout 3. Wha ...
You losse some of the abilities when you get radiation poisoning sickness, that could be what causes you to be able to carry less equipment.
Aw, that makes sense. But I sleep and I still don't get the strength I had back. Is this something that is gone permanently and if so, what can Id o to add more strength?
most chems (if not all) have negatives that will -str when you become addicted to them

if its rad sickness take some radaway, if its chem just check you're stats and go to a doctor in megaton, rivet city, or any place thats close by that you know has one.
Okay, that makes sense.

This game is so epic. Sometimes minor details (-strength in chems you're taking) can have big effects on something major like strength. I love this game. I don't think I'll stop playing it for awhile. I'm 20 hrs in and just got to underworld and it seems like I haven't even scratched the surface.
This is all true take RadAway, but if you see that that does not work then, go to Big Town and see the Doctor called Red, she will give you a shot that takes away all the radiation. Hope this helps
my 2 cents as well. when you get the caps for it, buy the ''My first home first aid'' or what ever it's called, I can't remember the exact name. (at work right now) Moira sells it in Mega town if that's where your house is. That thing is well worth it. will heal all damage, limb damage and rad poisoning unlimitedly. It won't cure addiction tho, only doctors can do that, so watch that drug intake :D
stay off the drugsand if it aint that its prolly rad sickness, go to a doctor and have yourself looked at also, got to stats and somewhere in there it says all bonus(es?) working for you are aganistdont wanna sound like a jerk but, if you try looking you can usually find this kinda information on your own

actually if you go to moria in megaton (or that other chick in tenpenny tower) they sell a chem set (another house add-on) or sumthing that heals addiction and makes chems

It's rather useless because you have to go there every day just to have it make you another one.
