Since it was just an Arcade game I don't think Braid will be in the running for GOTY. From a shear gameplay and enjoyment perspective though, I would absolutely consider Braid for GOTY. Amazing game.

As much as Braid is a great game, it is still an arcade game. There were too many other games that came out for the 360 this year that could be competitors. Sure it can be considered but when it comes down to it, it is still an arcade game and I don't think that it could ever win GOT.

It would win download of the year but, not game, it just doesn't cover as much ground or take as much work as a full game.
