some people auction that stuff off on ebay when they scratched their disc badly and couldn't repair it
I found a store on e-bay that specialized in just what you're looking for. Don't remember the name, but the charge like, $2.95 + shipping for all three. I'd check there.
If it's a game for an older system you can probably find a cheap copy at a used games store that will have all of that stuff for you. Then you can resell the game back to them without the stuff that you needed.
