is there going to be a halo movie yes or no, i mean i have seen the trailers on youtube, and i need to know if there going to make a movie, someone got to know and i need to know? i need the truth! halo movie yea or no?
you've have not seen any trailers of a halo movie..it's been put on hold for sometime now i need the truth! halo movie yea or no?
Last thing i heard, about six months ago, cant remember the article. Peter Jackson wanted to do it, even after it got postponed, but i think there were script issues, and something to do with bungie wanting the game to be properly represnted. If you dont kno the gears movie is a go, unless something drastic changes.

It's not canned. Microsoft cares a lot about this franchise and, as a result, they are being very careful with who they allow to have a hand in the production of the movie. Peter Jackson is an obvious and favored choice because of how successful the movies he has touched are. Examples of course include LOTR series and King Kong. Peter is himself a fan of the series and wants to do it justice. For those who say the series sucks, you should examine the series and what it has done for the console fps genre. Because of the length of time that has passed without any updates on the status of this being made into a movie, people are easily led into thinking it's cancelled. Don't expect to see it being made anytime soon however. Hollywood is interested in video games being made into movies but needs more proof, i.e. high ticket sales. Prince of Persia is an excellent opportunity to show that unless there's another video game to movie translation scheduled to come out sooner.
