How long does it take to get your shippi ...

I'm waiting for MS to send me the shipping box so that I can send my console to them. Its been a week, does it take this long?How long does it take to get your shippi ...
i'll do this quick before this gets locked, I live in OH so from the repair center in McAllen, TX, the box took about 5 days from the day i called. and i got a refurb 360 back about 3 weeks after i sent it in. They were supposed to notify me when they shipped it back but they never did. Luckily i was home the day they UPS delivery driver brought it otherwise i would've had to pick it up in 3 days or they send it back to TX. My advice, call once a week to check status until you get it back to ensure you get your 360 back.How long does it take to get your shippi ...

The people I talked to could barely speak English and with all the background noise I couldn't understand half the stuff they said. Now I have to wait until Friday before they will tell me what the status is and I got a new order number. Micro$oft service is really making me mad.
Just finished talking to them, this guy didn't have an accent like the last one. Guess what happened? They didn't have a tracking # on the other shipping box, it seems like what he was trying to say is that it got lost or something :|. So he gave me a new reference #. They use 3 day select for the shipping box. I guess I didn't get an idiot this time :lol:
the 2 stories above are completely true, both happened to me.
depends mine took 3 days but that was bc i called on a friday at 9pm n i got it monday morning.
Mine just broke 2 Saturdays ago. I received the box last Fri, it was sent Fed ex ground. The return label back to them is standard overnight Fedex. I will have to wait to see how they ship it back to me. I live in NY btw.

microsoft has my 360 and the status is in repair how lnong till i get it back
